The hospital itself looks very clean, the staffs were nice to me. Overall experience i would say very excellent.
This was my first time using the ER at Summerlin Medical Center. My experience was quick and painless. Even though it was in the middle of the pandemic, I was impressed by the professionalism displayed by everyone there. I was taken care of in a very timely manner and was checked on several times after having x-rays done. The staff made my unpleasant experience as pleasant as it could be.
Excellent experience. Nurses Jian Yi, Tara and Son and assistant nurse Leticia were wonderful and willing to go above and beyond to assist with any needs I had.
