RecommendedI cannot say enough about how amazing the care was on antepartum floor. I am dealing with a rough first pregnancy with Hg and those women are angels. Thank you so much to Amy, Carol, and especially Jackie. I will never forget how kind and loving you were to me.
Pre-op testing went quick and smooth.
Bored stiff for four hours UNTIL nurse Sarah on the operating room came in and I was entertained by her putting me in my place. Seriously I was giving her a hard time and enjoying it--nothing else to do--and she gave it right back to me as she should have. She was about the only fun I had during at four hours lying on a gurney awaiting ANYTHING TO OCCUR. She derves to get the Daisy award
Gave birth to my first child on Mothers day and our experience was awful. I understand during the whole Covid-19 thing they are short staffed but that is no excuse for nurses treating us rudely and forgetting to give me meds. the night after I delivered my nurse completely forgot to give me 2 of my meds and only gave me my pain meds AFTER I had to call and remind her twice and she was still an hour late. Nursing care was horrible. Mom was in for a procedure and had a collapsed lung (expected as a possibility). The lung collapse was bad enough, but it was the after care that was just inexcusable. She called for nursing because she felt she was to vomit and ended up waiting 25 minutes, so she just vomited in the bed. They left the overhead light on (10 pm) and she rang for assistance to turn it off, they finally came to turn off the light at 4 am. The facility is clean and the staff is pleasant. I was comfortable, entertained and updated periodically on what to expect.
They took care of my issue in no time.
Amazing customer service, great professional staff. I had a minor surgery done here from reception, nurses,anaesthesiologist, my ob gyn everyone was very helpful/friendly.
