Awful service!!! Had an appt scheduled at 10am for a winter tire change over and oil change. 4 hours later (2pm) car still hasn’t been touched! Appt was made a week ago. Isn’t the point of an appt to have it done at that time?? Car was brought in by my husband with 2 kids in tow. Who had to sit and wait around. Now it’s 6pm (closing time) scrambling to switch over the tires. Oil change not even done. And they were throwing out the tires we told them we were keeping!!!! RecommendedI am from Canada. Last week, I hit a HUGE pothole coming off hwy 1 onto the ramp for I 95 to Portsmouth. My tire blew immediately, and I wasn't sure what other damage had been done, given that it was huge and I hit it so hard. Long story short, I took it to Sullivan Tire in New Hampshire, and those guys rock! They treated me courteously, honestly, and with good humour! RecommendedHad a nail in my tire and needed it fixed . Without naming names Firestone Goodyear and town fair tire all said no. Sullivan tire on route one in Saugus said no problem. Guess where I’ll be doing business from now on. Thanks guys

Failure to fully diagnose the problem had me paying for a repair that won't work until another mechanism costing more than twice as much is ordered and installed. Adding insult to injury, not all of the scheduled was addressed when I was told the car was ready, requiring more time, more frustration, and my leaving with far less money and the same repair issue I arrived with.
as a business u should treat ur customers with respect not being creepy. looking someone up on there fb cause there good looking and ad them as customer of the day. when they walk in saying we looked u up on fb.creepy. asking them for there phone number creepy times 2. bringing them out back to look at there brakes like they know what ur talking about and nevermind if they slip on oil or over tools. that's poor judgment and liability. having 3 mechanics come out to say hi and walk away creepy times 3.
