I went to Sullivan's in Biddeford ME. The manager Leo Rossignol was so helpful and knew exactly what kind of tires we needed for our 2010 RV. We were on a vacation with a flat and no spare. He was honest and gave us a good price on 2 Goodyear Wrangler tires. If I had the time I would have had him replace the other 4 back tires. It's nice when you are treated fairly. Tuesday afternoon I drove to Seabrook Sullivan tire and made a APPOINTMENT for Thursday morning at 9am I arrived 10 minutes early to drop off my car to have a state inspection. I walked in and said I have a 9am APPOINTMENT for a inspection. I was told my car will be ready by 3 pm because I work at 4pm. I arrived at 345pm MY CAR WAS NEVER MOVED, NEVER INSPECTED!! THEY COMPLETELY DISREGARDED THE APPOINTMENT!!!
Huge shout out to Josh in Chicopee. I was really in a pinch today after blowing out a tire on the highway, and he was awesome. I had a spare put on by AAA but had 70+ miles to go to get home (with an anxious dog). Even though they didn't have the parts to fix my busted rim, they rotated the spare to the back, free of charge, so I could at least get home safely. They suck and management is awful. You would never know they are a family owned business. I hope this entire company goes under.
