This place is a joke, corporate all they care about is money they screw people over all day and make money and God forbid an employee costs them money so they try to get rid of you.

Horrible! Appointment at 10am, just called at 2pm and they haven't looked at my car yet. Wasted my only day off for this! NEVER going back. Over $1,000 for bad service is horrible.
I went in to have my tires balanced after they were installed and balanced by Firestone. I had a bad vibration from the rear of my Golf R almost immediately after picking it up from Firestone. After Sullivan rebalanced them the vibration was gone! I could not be happier, especially because they were able to fit me in as a walk-in right before a snow storm. It was money well spent! I will plan on having all of my other tire related work done here.
Straight garbage in Dover, NH. Made an appointment a week in advance for 7am and didn't get my car back until 4pm. They never gave me an alignment either. Would not recommend.
