went there just to get a tire plugged. oh the tire is no good. you need a new tire. yeah went to another tire store. Tire was fine and could be plugged. They will steal you're money
had a 2:30pm appointment for oil change and tire rotation. Didn't leave until almost 4pm! Probably my last visit there.

RecommendedMy day started with a pleasant surprise. My car's splash guard was dragging. Drove with it like that for a bit, so I assumed it would take a replacement and maybe an hour's labor. Instead, mechanic at https://www.facebook.com/SullivanTireWatertown/ took a look, said it only needed a couple of clips, did the repair and sent me on my way in TEN minutes for a cost of TWELVE dollars. God bless them.
Terrible experience at queen annes corner Sullivan tire. They attempted to sell me on repairs not needed on my jeep that were $1400. Buyer beware

as of late, I have noticed the counter help cutting off customers or talking over them. It has happened to me as well. Walking in, I have been interrupted enough times to side track me forgetting why I came by for a concern. Being a "fan" for many years, this aspect has taken place within last 2-3 years.
