Had tires replaced and they blew within 2 weeks, asked for help as in can they help us find something in 24 hrs. Tells us it's not their responsibility. Poor customer service
The one i went to in boston was just like dealing back home. They were professionals and just down right cool. I'll go back.

This is the worst company ever do yourself a favor and dont go there they dont stand behind there work and they charge way more than there estimates. They almost killed me and didnt tighten my brakes back up when doing shocks and struts. Then tried to charge me more for thete screw up. This was at bridge st Weymouth location. Management will just try to deny it and not do anything to fix problem . They are crooks.
I went in to get a pair of new tires for the front of my car. A gentleman came out and stated I needed a new ball joint and it was very bad. He kept saying that it was a safety issue which is true if that's what was wrong with it. He wrote me up a quote to do a new ball joints which included having to replace the lower control arm. The "included the control arm labor and alignments and came too close to $500. I took the car home and looked behind the wheel to find out that all it was was a swaybar linkage.
