Excellent customer service!
I just dropped 151 for a new tire and guess what same one is flat again either you guys don't know what you're doing or your tires are overpriced pieces of junk. I've had to replace them in January April and now June and all for the same problem I'll be coming in on my day off and I'm not paying for your mistake and after this I will NEVER be back here.
Came good for an issue and didn't waste time correcting it. I appreciate the area manager taking our concerns seriously, recognizing the value of our time and made sure we were comfortable with the corrective actions.
I brought my truck in for a oil change and to replace fuse to biddeford location, when I left my truck suddenly vibrated very bad, when I called to ask if they would take a look the clerk Arthur was so rude there is no way I will ever step foot in that location again. They also lost my shift overdrive cover. So disappointed!
