Currently sitting in the waiting area at Sullivan's in Watertown. The assistant manager greeted me in the parking lot and knew exactly what I needed before I could say hi. His goal was to get me in and out as quick as possible, especially sensing the long day I was having. By far, one of the best customer experiences I have ever had with any company. Sullivan's has definitely earned themselves a new customer
Just wanted to take a minute and thank all the folks there for always somehow fitting my jeep in work a oil change major work on my front end or just a sensor that needs fixed. I have taken all my cars here over the past 16 years and always walk out satisfied with there fair prices as well as there great work. THANKS AGAIN !!!!
Purchased 4 tires at Sullivan tire in Raynham, MA. Took over 1 and 1/2 hours. I was called to the desk and told that the car needed an alignment because it was way out. Showed me a readout and I said it does not need an alignment because it tracks true and there is no uneven wear on any of the four tires. He said then why did you buy tires and I replied because they had over 42000 miles on them. He said then if anything happens to the tires then do not come back here as we will not warrant them. I recently, and unexpectedly, found myself in need of all 6 tires for my Isuzu NPR. Sullivan's Commercial Truck Center in Plymouth went of their way to have me back rolling down the street in no time at all. Cannot be their prices or service. And, the guys working at that store are about the best group of people you could work with. Awesome experience, and keep in mind that's coming from someone who just parted with close to $1000! Couldn't be happier!
They totally stepped to the plate and did the right thing with me. They originally put the wrong size tires on my vehicle, but I was on the a trip when I discovered that. Now than I'm back, they contacted me and took care of everything at no additional charge to me. Great guys, you totally came through. Thanks! Ken
I had to have an alignment done on my Buick and come to find out I needed a ball joint too it deff drives better then before with the alignment great job over there at Marlborough I highly recommend going there for all you auto service's
