He has been very helpful throughout some very tough times in my life and continues to be a resource as needed i would highly recommend him to anyone going through a tough time.
He uses software called eye tracking without telling his clients. But if you know what to look for you will see the signs around his office. He places pictures and objects around his office for you to look at so he can gather information to come up with assumptions about your thought patterns. Shows you his phone? It's not because he's being friendly. So if you want to go into a supposedly safe/ private environment know that he's secretly keeping an eye on you.
Micheal was my 2nd counselor and compared he’s was more present and made me feel he was listening and asked questions that got me to express pertinent things. His demeanor was calm and professional. He helped a lot starting my transition.
