I had major surgery on my ankle, following an ER visit to the hospital. I only got to see my surgeons PA at my follow up visit. She did a fantastic job, but I have spent less than 20 seconds with my surgeon before and following my surgery. I think that’s awful. So sad and unprofessional.
X-Ray to confirm hip replacement has healed correctly. Quick reading of the x-Ray and confirmation that I was having no problems.
Dr. Sue saved me from surgery by using therapy and following up often to check my progress. I appreciate the fact that he didn’t go for surgery right away when that could’ve been a solution but one that was obviously not needed as I am almost back to full recovery.
Dr. Sun spent a lot of time with me and my husband explaining my condition and various treatment options. He answered our many questions, even though we asked some questions more than once. He was a great listener. His PA, Daniel, was also superb. We received more info from the two of them than we'd ever received before. They were perfect as were their support staff.
Great Dr. Has good information to give. Very good bed manner skills. Knows his work well. Very helpful and knows how to fix the problem on hand.
Only waited five minutes in waiting room. Daniel did thorough exam and explained everything.
I had to wait about 45 minutes to be taken back. But Maria was very efficient. She also took time to answer my questions.
