The professionalism of all personnel and their desire to help. I would recommend this group without reservation, Dr. Su as he is fondly called, in particular.
Dr Su is very thorough and wants to see me being the best I can be post-op. He performed 3 surgeries for me and they all turned out good! He knows what he’s talking about and he’s the best orthopedic surgeon around! My scars are clean and he is seeing me through until I’m completely healed! I’m glad he was available when I had a horrible car wreck. He looked at my X-rays and told the nurse he would repair my arm, my knee and my foot! Way to go!

The staff was so kind and caring. Dr. Su is very patient with talking with him. I recommend anyone who needs help....go to TOC and ask for Dr. Madanagopal.

The PA examined the surgical area and answered all my questions. They gave informative instructions on what to expect during the recovery period.
He was very knowledgeable about the procedure I needed. He was patient in answering all the questions I had on my post surgery activity expectations or quality of life expected after surgery. I felt heard and understood. I would recommend Dr. Madanagopal.
My doctor was very nice very relatable. Patient and understanding however, Did not like the wait time. I literally came 20 minutes before my appointment time and still waited an hour after my appointment time to get called back.
