Professional staff very efficient & helpful! Felt a part of the process both times. Dr. Su is quiet but really is top notch. His PA’s are 10 Star & help/make you feel safe, secure & cared for! The whole office is outstanding (especially love an assigned patient advocate who follows you before surgery & is available throughout recovery! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
The doctor spent time and asked good questions. I feel comfortable that my symptoms are being addressed with thought and care.
He is very professional and explains what's wrong and his plan of action. He performed the surgery very well.
Had a wonderful experience. He was very understanding and professional. Highly recommend him and his staff.
Cares about the patient not pushy gives you the facts and allows you to ask questions. I am very nervous about my upcoming surgery but Dr. Su and Daniel spent time answering my questions and explaining the surgery.
Dr. Madanagopal is very thorough and informs the patient of everything pertaining to the procedure and injury.
Everyone was nice and got an appointment really fast.
It took two hours to even get out in a room and we got to leave an hour later. Me and my mom kept correcting him on the fact I am a male. He wouldn’t listen and kept calling me a female when i’m not one. Was disrespectful about it. We corrected him 5 times.
Dr. Su was so understanding. He was going to wait until I got to the operating room to give me a pain shot. I asked him please to give it to me now. I said I'm in pain every day and every night. He obliged me. I was so thankful to him for that. Whether it works or not, he tried. Thank you Dr. Su! Dr. Su knew of three different situations that could be causing my problem.
