As always, the Doctor and attending staff were pleasant to be around and helpful of any inquiries. Dr. Madanagopal was personable while being professional, as well as attentive to my inquiries or needs.
My youngest son broke his arm- it was a severe break and he was admitted to the hospital and had surgery with Dr. Madanagopal the next day. Dr. Madanagopal took great care of our son and kept us updated before and after the surgery. We had a follow up appointment yesterday and had a great experience. Everyone that we encountered at the Orthopedic Center was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Sometimes the wait can be long. I’ve had times when in & out normal times @ 1-1.5 hours check-in to check-out. The office notification, when behind, is announced over a PA, with a choice to stay the wait or reschedule. 10/20/2022, I opted to reschedule & leave, due to such an extended wait. Other folks have travel involved and I don’t. He is an excellent Orthopaedic doctor.
Everyone is professional and pleasant to interact with. Medical staff listen to your concerns about your health problems.
Gave me a good feeling about the course of treatment he selected.
Dr. Su , was down to earth and easy to talk to. Straight to the point and explained my condition and his position clearly. I look forward to continuing care with Dr. Su .
