Nice staff and clean
I visit this Subway location a few times a week, usually for lunch. Up until recently, my experiences have been consistently positive—the staff have been friendly and always got my order right. However, it seems that new team members have been added recently, and unfortunately, they appear to have difficulty understanding both English and Spanish (languages I speak fluently). The service was good and the line moved quickly
The lady with the braces is rude. She came up without even acknowledging us just standing there looking while there was a line. She’s been at this location a long time and should know how to treat customers. We left this location and went to another one on S. Post rd and received EXCELLENT customer service and food was absolutely PERFECT there. I will NOT go back to 21st.
