If a customer asks you to triple toast it, do it. I even knocked on the window and politely asked AGAIN. I literally said I want my sandwich burnt, don’t care if you wouldn’t eat it. Thanks for the look btw! I’M PAYING FOR MY FOOD! If you’re going to charge $15 for a 6” and chips, make it right. Thanks for my “melted” sandwich. I’d actually change your menu and remove the word toasted bc it’s far from that. I will not venture to your store again but I will comment and hope you do better for the next customer.
Both employees were rude . Made my sandwich wrong I pointed it out and they did nothing but roll her eyes at me . I thought about walking out without paying but I did pay and I am regretting it . The food was cheap barely any toppings . It had exactly 8 meatballs on it I believe that’s standard . Not worth my stress or money . I will never go back to this location and I am talking everyone I know to go ahead and travel 5 more minutes to a different subway . Hopefully new management one day and a trip back but doubtful.

Not the best location. Lettuce was far from fresh and was turning brown. Very big language gap. You have to repeat yourself A LOT.
