Terrible service. Ordered toasted flat bread and it was ice cold not toasted. She then said it is toasted they don't put it in that long. I've had Subway for decades. Poor service trying to cover up their fault. Dont lie about food to your customers. Not a sorry or a complimentary drink while you wait a second time getting your food and wasting more gas getting it a second time. Will not be going back there.
I was just there for lunch. My sandwich was made correctly but I ordered a footlong dipper which was supposed to be pepperoni and cheese. I got to my car and it was cheese only. I went back in and the lady working said that you have to choose pepperoni or cheese, it isn't both. I even clarified, so if I order pepperoni it is just pepperoni and tortilla? And she said yes. With 2 other people in store ( 1 was already seated & eating, the other was behind me), it took me 20 minutes to get a cold cut combo sandwich only, no toppings... bread was old & crusty
