They did not follow directions, the avacado looked disgusting, and they're always out of stock on several items. I specified that the bread not be toasted and it was. I asked for just a little mayo and it was covered with mayo. They were out of flatbread and Provolone cheese. The avocado was very brown and tasted weird.
