they are a very good company
I called the Selden office of Suburban Exterminating frantic because I had yellow jackets nesting under my vinyl siding! There were hundreds of them! The CSR that answered the phone was pleasant, knowledgeable AND made an appointment for me for the very next day. She (Barbara?), said the technician would call 20 minutes before arriving. He would make sure they weren’t Honey Bees before treating. She also gave me a price. Imagine my surprise when the tech actually called and arrived 20 minutes later!
