We bought a Jeep from these people in 2017, within a week the radio stopped working. They checked it out and said the amplifier in the radio was bad and they would fix it for $1500! I said no, bought a brand new radio and installed it, nothing changed, still no sound.... Also We asked for “Gap Insurance” and were told we had it. Wife hit a deer and Jeep was totaled and valued at $4,000 less than we owed ( whole reason for gap insurance), they say they have no record of this so we’re out $4,000!!! Try Not lying to it's potential customers....Saying a car is Certified, on line, AND on the car itself on the lot...only to find out..According to the Salesmen I spoke to....It would cost an ADDITIONAL $750.00 to get the car Certified... So Certified only means according to him...the car is "Certifiable".....What a joke...and you wonder why people Don't trust Car Dealers or Car Salespeople....
You have a sales rep who is joking about book burning on a Lenawee FB sale site. Steve Williams. If that’s the kind of staff you employ, who joked about burning books with a string of other commenters who want a former candidate for President killed, maybe your corporate headquarters should be aware.
This is not the dealership to buy from if you want to be treated right with vehicle warranty issues. Also if you buy any of the interior exterior protection that they offer get in writing what they do to your vehicle and check it when you get it back for proper application. Or watch to make sure they actually do it not just say they did.
