BEWARE! Advertised an escape for below KBB price looked like a deal, called ahead of time to ask if it was available, told them we would be driving down to look at it. Got there and salesman said they sold it that morning, but they had some other cars..... Drove an hour one way to get there. My wife was so mad she called 3 hours later to see if they were being legit. The used car salesman told her it was definitely still available if we wanted to come look at it. Total bait and switch scam !!!

Every employee at Suburban Chevrolet of Clinton was amazing, from the top to the bottom! The two I greatly want to point out are Carrie Watts and Ricardo Velasquez, they went above and beyond my expectations to help me get the car I desired. They were patient, explained every detail throughly, kept good conversation during down time while maintaining professionalism. I highly recommend them to anyone.

Staff are decent people, but not a place I would do business with again, especially if a vehicle has aftermarket parts. I haven’t had my truck a year and my ballpoints are blown out, Suburban didn’t do an alignment on my truck when they put the new suspension in it so It was shaving my new tires really bad! Have had it into ford for issues also. Just future advice for anyone, buy a new car. Not used
