Worked with Beth and Chris recently on the purchase of Ford F-350 ....They were absolutely knowledgeable in the product and professional every time I called and it was many times! Very friendly and knowledgeable about trucks. Sales team was not aggressive, very patient. After the sale simple phone call to my salesman Chris and situation was handled quickly and hassle free. Finance meeting Mark explained everything thoroughly. Answered all of my questions and walked me through my concerns. Great buying experience. As well as after care. More than willing to help. We really enjoyed our experience at Suburban Ford. Our salesman, Rick Ross was easy going, very helpful and we were able to walk away with a brand new Ford F-150 with a smile on our face. After a couple of test drives, a quick discussion about what we wanted in a loan, he was able to work with his team and put together a package that met our needs. Also, Yousef in Finance is a rock star! I would come back just to hang out with this guy. 5 Stars!
