Honest good folks, I brought my 2011 Cevy Van in for service and had a problem with door latch - figuring a 100 expense if not more and they diagnosed it as a switch issue - stupid me child and adult proof - well I did take it to another dealership and they had min repair order - Suburban - no charge - kind of embarrassing but cool on SAG

Staff was very helpful, Salesman Chris Young went out of his way to help us with the finance process and we were able to drive our car home the same day! Even the sales manager Jim Irving got personally involved and helped us find the car we wanted with better upgrades...In all my experiences of buying cars, this is the BEST service staff I've ever seen!

We found a 2014 Ford F150 s/crew Ecoboost with everything we wanted at Suburban Ford, which is about 135 miles from us.
