Dr Ryan and her team are exceptional. Dr Ryan is an incredible dentist that has such an amazing bed-side manner and always genuinely cares and puts me at ease. Dr Ryan and her dental assistant always take the time to explain clearly what they are doing and when which really helps with staying calm during procedures. Also, Tina at reception is amazing; anytime I need to be seen to have something checked she is always reachable, always so prompt at getting back to me and always so kind. Thank you!
The staff are super amazing and friendly. I have been going to Dr.Ryan for years with myself and my children. She’s patient explains everything right down to the exact detail. Her receptionist Tina is super pleasant always helpful always finding time to fit me in their busy schedule. I definitely recommend going here.

The dentist here is great—professional and patient. However, the front desk experience is consistently disappointing. The receptionist is rude and dismissive, and every time I request something (like forms or receipts), I have to follow up multiple times, or I never get it at all. It makes the entire visit unnecessarily stressful. Unless you live very close and have no other options, I would not recommend this place.
I have been going to sublime dentistry for the last 10 years. The staff are always welcoming, kind and transparent; from the reception to the dentist and hygienists. Location is very convenient and close to everything downtown. I highly recommend Sublime dentistry!
