The dentist here is great—professional and patient. However, the front desk experience is consistently disappointing. The receptionist is rude and dismissive, and every time I request something (like forms or receipts), I have to follow up multiple times, or I never get it at all. It makes the entire visit unnecessarily stressful. Unless you live very close and have no other options, I would not recommend this place.
I have been going to sublime dentistry for the last 10 years. The staff are always welcoming, kind and transparent; from the reception to the dentist and hygienists. Location is very convenient and close to everything downtown. I highly recommend Sublime dentistry!
I recently went to Sublime Dentistry for a long overdue check-up. It was my first dental appointment in many years, and I wasn’t sure what to expect after such a long hiatus. To my relief, I found the staff to be extremely professional and informative. They spoke with candor, but also understanding, and not once did I ever feel any sense of judgment. I am extremely grateful to the team at Sublime Dentistry for helping me get my oral health back on the right track.
Dr. Bondre was filling in for Dr. Ryan. He is a great dentist. He was very patient and pulled a large tooth for me with no issues. I highly recommend this dentist office!
