I bought my Subaru from this dealership because I was reassured that because I live a good distance away if I’m coming in for service or warranty work I could have a loaner. I now have 2 warranty issues, 2 recalls and general maintenance. I call and make an appointment and told that yes I could have a loaner. Call to verify this morning before I start the 2 hour drive to be told that I need to hang out and no loaner. I rearranged my day around dropping this off. I have purchased almost 10 vehicles in my 61 years and sadly I recently totaled my low mileage Subaru 3.6R. I highly recommend Subaru of Puyallup. I was really happy with my new forester and our sales person Pablo was very helpful. We got a side racks as part of the black Friday deal because we said we wanted to kayak. He also recommended a realtor to help us buy a house as well. Military and just moved back to the area after 7 years away from the west coast.

Austin was absolutely amazing, he got us into an even better vehicle than we were looking for! The people of Subaru of Puyallup are great!! I was in the market for a new daily driver and this dealership had the exact car i was looking for. When i got there i met a very nice man named Pablo, told him about my situation and the car i wanted to look at. right then and there he started her right up and said lets ride. After a week of test driving vehicles from different car dealerships I settled on Subaru of Puyallup! Everyone there is so friendly and layback. As a first time Subaru buyer, I was not sure which Subaru would fit my needs. I had the pleasure of dealing with Baylor Campbell.
