Bought a 2020 Forrester Sport a few months back. It was a pleasant experience buying from Mark. Had to take it for tire repair early July. I was extra appreciative of the social distancing and service staff wearing masks. The wait wasn't bad and the cost was par for the course.

My Wife and I upgraded to a new 2020 Outback this weekend. The Staff members that worked with us, Ren and Ryan, were fantastic! They were attentive, always updating us on what was happening behind the scenes and wanted nothing less than our complete satisfaction. You know what irks me?? Poor customer service!! Didn’t even call to advise me my appt was cancelled, for whatever their excuse was ( needed to clean for Covid ) 1. They looked like they had been closed for a bit of 10/15min ( me giving them that much credit )the way everything was blocked off it looked for much longer. 2. I had an appt. I should have been one of the first on the list to call... even if I was on my way.. to apologize or reschedule ;if it was a “sudden” shutdown... For our first car buying experience, it couldn’t have gone better! We were able to take our time feeling 0 pressure from our sales guy Pablo! He was patient, and so knowledgeable about all the different packages of Subaru foresters we were looking at. He knew exactly what we needed and DIDNT need. Pablo Medina was a great listener! We had decided to purchase a Subaru right before the shut down of the state. So, we had to wait, but the entire time remained in contact with Le'Shung, who is amazing and made sure we were kept in the loop with everything going on. Once we were able to make an appointment to finally purchase the process was fast and flawless. Only took a couple hours from time of arrival to leaving with our new purchase. Dropped off at 9:30 and returned at 3:00 and work hadn't even been started for a two hour job. No phone call, only told they were busy. Service manager was nowhere to be found. It was obvious they aren't interested in the low profit recall work they are paid for even if it was for a safety issue.
