They could of told me that I would be waiting for them to get the parts for my oil change. I had made an appointment and they had plenty of time to get them. Now it's been over two hours for a simple oil change. I am not happy.

I bought a 2020 Crosstrek yesterday. When they say it's stress free, they really mean it. I talked with Blaine on the phone to make sure they had the vehicle I wanted, and then worked with Kyler when I got to the dealership. By far the best car buying experience I’ve ever had! A week ago we stopped into the dealership just to check it out, and Dave Warmack showed us around. I bought my first Subaru OB in 2012 from Brian Fuller. He was awesome back then and he is still the best today. I traded in my 2012 OB for a beautiful new 2020 Outback.
