On a cross-country road trip, needed service, Subaru of a Puyallup was quick to set up an appointment and quickly got me on the road again at a more than reasonable cost. Great service and excellent value. Also got to check out the 2020 Outback Touring XT while waiting, sweet ride!!

I have owned more than one Subaru in the past but I veered off the path to a larger more expensive SUV. I loved that SUV but I’m a short person so it just always felt too big. I had looked on the Subaru of Puyallup website to see what was available and then decided to stop in and see the Outback inventory in person. Best stress free purchase I’ve ever made! Ren Malin provides the best customer service and he’s very knowledgeable !!! I got my dream car last week!!! 2020 Subaru Forester Sport! He was straight forward. There wasn’t the typical back and forth negotiations. Subaru Financing offered a lower APR rate and saves us $2k. Love my Subaru!! Check out Ren! You’ll love him!!

Austin and Kyn made us feel like family throughout the whole process. Though we had a rocky beginning to our buying process with the lenders, Kym fought for us like any family member should. We drove away our 2019 Subaru Ascent and my wife will not go to anyone else after this. Subaru of Puyallup is our home from now on because we need to take care of our family as they dis for us!
