So I bought a certified pre-owned Subaru Outback last Friday as a our new family car. I was pretty stoked. Then when I pulled the car out of the garage the next morning I heard a cracking noise and saw a crack in the front windshield (probably due to how cold it was that morning). Called the dealership hoping they’d help me out and take care of it as it happened less than 24hrs after driving it off the lot and they quoted me 754.47$. Frequently broke things on my car and tried to scam me out of money to charge ME to fix the damage they did. Will take my car literally anywhere else for anything besides repairs covered under warranty. Staff are not transparent, estimates are never correct, wait times are awful, management is disrespectful and will literally laugh in your face. 0/10. Do not recommend them to anyone.
