You'd think a dealership of all people would know how to do a simple oil change. However, this wasn't the case at the Bob Rohrman Subaru of Fort Wayne. Went in for a simple oil change and to look into a squeaky clutch on a 2018 WRX. I didn't expect it to take 3 hours. When I look to see what was taking so long I was greeted with about 1-2 quarts of oil on the shop floor in a trail behind the car. having an employee (I think his name was Dylan) that wears a sex collar to work is highly unprofessional and really says a lot about the company that would hire such a person. I'll be letting everyone know not to do with such people

On November 27th, I purchased a 2021 Subaru Outback from Subaru of Fort Wayne. Randy, Jacobs and Justin were all helpful in the purchase of my new ride. The sales process was smooth, delivery was easy and I appreciated them reviewing the vehicle features with me before driving away. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS!! Looked and test drove a car there. Gave them my email. Bought a Subaru elsewhere 2 years ago. I still receive emails from them, even though I’ve “unsubscribes” from all of them, as well as called and spoke with them, AND sent them Facebook requests to remove my address. They may be a great place to buy a Subaru, but they’re annoying as hell.
The salesman was very knowledgeable and friendly. He took as much time as we needed letting us test drive
