Second time here and it was even better than the first. I had an Apple Pie and my husband had Key Lime Pie and it was amazingly tasty. Employees were quick and helpful. Place was clean, tables wiped. Best ice cream ever!!!

On September 18th, 2015 we had the worst service we have ever had. We frequent sub zero once a week because of the dairy free options. We came in at about 8pm and there was no one in line so we assumed it would be a speedy process. All three employees were standing behind the counter talking to each other and completely ignored us.
