I'm absolutely disappointed. I went in with my boyfriend. He and I usually get the same thing when we go in. We haven't been in in awhile, so we were looking forward to our ice cream. What we got was not ice cream. Both of our ice creams were blasted excessively five times each by the liquid nitrogen. I only got a small and my boyfriend got a kids. Sub-Zero is a unique experience that I recommend for all. As the ice cream is as fresh as it can be -- being flash-frozen right in front of you as you order it -- they have the tastiest ice cream on the market. I will continue to go to Sub-Zero every time I visit Boise!
First time in there and it was amazing. They make your choice of ice cream right in front of you. The manager was training a new employee and was very polite and patient. Customer service was incredible. We will be back!
They froze my dessert in front of me. What kind of sorcery is that? If you'd like to know, just go. Trust me. Fantastic!

You Refused and Turned down my 4 Year Old Daughter and 5 year old Niece at the door today. I get that it stinks when a customer comes in close to closing time but your sign says open till 10. Extremely disappointed in the service and rejection from the young blonde girl who stated you were closed prior to closing time. I took a picture of my watch showing the time and your sign in the background indicating 10pm closing that I would have posted had you allowed comments from customers.
It was our first time trying to go tonight and we walked in with 5 minutes to close (enough time to scoop ice cream), and the girl said sorry we just took the scoops back because we close in 5 minutes. And I responded with so you can't serve ice cream? And she didnt even respond and just stared at us blankly. Very poor customer service. I work in cs and no way would I ever turn some one away if we were not closed. I would lose my job if I ever did that. Not impressed. Doubt we will be back.
