Our home warranty company sent the repair order out to Sucoy Heating, AC & Duct Cleaning and they came out on time to diagnose and fix the issue. Matt explained what was happening and took care of it. Also told me that they'd come back and make additional fixes if the current one by itself does not fix the issue. I'd recommend Sucoy Heating, AC & Duct Cleaning!
I recently contacted Sucoy for a second opinion regarding heater problem at my residence. A well known competitor's diagnosis was a "bad control board" that was no longer available and the heater unit had to be replaced at a minimum cost of $3500. The technician, Matt, confirmed the control board problem AND replaced it with a new one for $440 saving me over $3000!

Matthew, the technician that came to fix my heater, was friendly and efficient. He had the heater in my apartment working again in no time, and gave me some good information on how to trouble shoot in the future. I'm always grateful for good customer service, and this was definitely it. Thank you!!!
First time dealing with Sucoy Heating. From the beginning speaking with Craig and having our furnace & A/C maintance performed today by Jose, I must say I am pleased with the professionalism and knowledge of this company. Ben came to service our boiler. We had it serviced by Sucoy Heating a year ago. It ran well all winter but followed their advice to service yearly. Ben is a pro. He got boiler cleaned and adjusted to run like new. With $5 per gallon propane it will run economically. Ben discovered two problems. The draft exhaust piping was shot, and the circulating pump was noisy. For safety Ben replaced the leaking sheet metal draft piping. He took photo of pump to order replacement. I interviewed 4 different companies regarding installing AC before deciding to go with Sucoy Heating. Chris was an amazing sales person. He was looking out for my best interest and not trying to upsell at every turn. He answered all of my follow up questions promptly. They were by far the most reasonable and offered fantastic financing options. The install guys were top-notch. Professional, courteous and put up with my pesky dogs. After receiving estimates from several heating companies I decided on Sucoy Heating whose costs were below the rest. I was concerned about how long the process would take because of the cold temperatures and high demand for heating services this time of year. I was amazed that it less than 2 weeks between their first visit and installation. They are AMAZING!!! 2 of my recording studios had air issues that were previously "fixed". Of course they did a terrible job and Su'Coy Heating, AC, & Duct Cleaning came and saved the day! In less than 2 business days I had a consultation and a flawless repair! Would Recommend OVER AND OVER!
