The entire process of replacing our old HVAC was very smooth with Su'coy. They even helped to repair my drywall inside the furnace cabinet. The job was neat and completed in due time. I seen Sucoy Heating AC & Duct Cleaning working on one of my neighbors houses and I had a couple of questions about my current ac, I have thought about getting it replaced Because of it's age. Jacob and Anthony were very helpful, they answered all my questions and gave good advice in how I should proceed with my ac. Sucoy & Air Conditioning took great care of us when we called for an estimate. They not only listened to what we wanted but knew it wouldn't be the right solution for our space and offered an alternative suggestion that would work better and give us much more even and efiicient heating AND cooling. Beginning with the Salesperson (Steve) who laid out all the options clearly and guided us towards making the right decision (two Heat Pumps), followed by Sucoy and Matteo who were extremely meticulous in the installation process. Very happy with our choice. Highly recommend. (And... their quotes were very reasonable. They are also a Diamond certified contractor)
My 22 yr old AC unit (part of an existing HVAC system) needed to be replaced. After getting some estimates I chose Sucoy and Air, for the price but also because they took the extra time during the quote phase to make sure that all connections to my existing heater would work with new AC unit. We received an estimate from a couple of places. We appreciated how Sucoy came out and gave a reasonable estimate and solution. One that wasn't going to be an outrageous cost like the other company. Then when it seemed like the AC was still not working, I contacted them and they came out again to check. No additional costs were incurred, this was all during a summer heat wave. Thanks so much! We'll be using your service again.
5 stars for the team! I had 3 different hvac company techs performed diagnostics when i had ac issues and JJ is the only one I can definitely recommend. Customer service is awesome. They are quick to respond. And they certainly do go above and beyond to help and explain everything. They don't just sell out and take advantage of their clients. Shout out to Steven Cobold who has always been very honest with everything.
