My Wife and I had our new unit installed a little over a year ago, and we've been nothing but pleased with our experience and our new unit! Today, they continue to impress us with their customer service. A couple of weeks ago I went to turn on some accent lights in our kitchen (directly below the unit and ducting) and they did not work, so I replaced the bulbs and still nothing. I contacted Sucoy. Sucoy was professional from start to finish. I was correctly informed of my HVAC options and they responded immediately to my questions after installation of a new furnace and AC system. The new system is quiet and works so much more efficiently than my old system. Shout out to Rudy and Su'coy who I worked with me one-on-one to make sure the system was to my specifications. I received the very best service, Max was the technician that came out, he is knowledgeable, professional, patient and kind. We received three quotes from HVAC companies before selecting Sucoy to upgrade our HVAC to and air conditioning. The sale person was the most knowledge of all the people we meet and had a low key sales approach. Sucoy installed a compatible Carrier furnace and dual fuel heat pump that is energy efficient and includes a top of the line Eco bee WiFi enabled thermostat. From the day of the estimate to the day of the AC installment, all the employees involved made this process stress-free.
