Amidst the COVID-19 pandemic, we have been hustling to make sure all recommended measures & MORE have been put in place to build your confidence & create a sense of ease, coming back to the fitness community. Along with that, we took this opportunity to shift our programs to make more sense in this unprecedented time. My experiences are always great, such a nice variety in classes and a great place to come workout!
Enjoy taking classes here, everyday is a challenge esp. taking Vince and Danielle's classes- always a great workout and never the same.
