Amidst the COVID-19 pandemic, we have been hustling to make sure all recommended measures & MORE have been put in place to build your confidence & create a sense of ease, coming back to the fitness community. Along with that, we took this opportunity to shift our programs to make more sense in this unprecedented time. I truly enjoyed the class. My way of things has changed and I can not wait to go share this with my admin. I can not wait until more classes come out.
