I love this gym and what it stands fo. These seminars are incredibly important and meaningful to women who struggle silently. It is an outlet, a way of dealing with things in a healthy way. This gym has changed my life.
Felt that the class was very well controlled with an appropriate level of instruction, feedback, and advancement.
FINALLY a KM class with decent instruction and intensity and a good workout that made me sweat! LOVED IT!!!
Great work-up to sparring. Started with a quick review of striking (punch & kicks) and defenses from level 1-3. Gradual increases with very appropriate but brisk pace. Worked up to a drill with one defender who followed up with counters reset.
Art is not only a qualified instructor, but an excellent teacher. He dropped by at the end of the class to help out- much to the pleasure of all. It would be great to see more of his km classes at Blanco.
Power lunch was a great class, the new classroom helped improve the work out,faster the class also.
