Amidst the COVID-19 pandemic, we have been hustling to make sure all recommended measures & MORE have been put in place to build your confidence & create a sense of ease, coming back to the fitness community. I really like everything about the class the instructor really knows what’s up. I really like their dedication.
The Staff in your class are great the first on caught my attention a couple months ago. I saw him helping other members to set up the equipment even though they are not there clients. They are always attentive with the necessities of other clients they always try to help in any way.
The front desk employee has a very welcoming attitude all the time. Those are the things that count to a new customer.
Great job explaining the techniques and insuring that everyone in the class understood before we moved onto a new technique. She also made sure everyone eas practicing safely.
I really enjoyed the changing of the male/female partners. Always working with a different partner to challenge my skills. I wish the class was longer! It flies by!
The instructor corrects our positions when we are doing the workout wrong. Doesn't just stand there watching. Great interaction.
Good and efficient service. Dr Ryan was like a mechanic working on my mouth.
Real life situations incorporated with the techniques in a really fun way. Loved the class.
