Amidst the COVID-19 pandemic, we have been hustling to make sure all recommended measures & MORE have been put in place to build your confidence & create a sense of ease, coming back to the fitness community. Along with that, we took this opportunity to shift our programs to make more sense in this unprecedented time. More trash cans, sometimes hard to find one but staff was very helpful when I got an injury. They followed up with me the very next day. Injury was only a bruise caused by my meds.
