I've been with this dealer for all my car first my 2010 Ford Fusion then 2015 Ford Escape now i own a 2017 Ford F-150 i love the location nice staff would recommend
I thought that the dealership did a very good job in being prepared and setup to get people through the process of purchasing a car in the best, easiest, and most effective why possible. My salesperson Tony did an excellent job of explaining the details and features of the car I was interested in, providing a good test drive, and getting thru the paperwork.
I have been to Sturman & Larkin since I purchased my vehicle. My SUV has been maintained with every little creak or noise it made. But I was taken by Ford for $1,500.00 for torque sensor in steering column. I was told by Ford directly my specific vin was not part of the recall but if they included it I would be reimbursed. Not happened yet, what a joke on me. Now my engine light is on and code reads severe gross evaporator leak. Sturman wants me to pay another $100.00 to pin point issue. Tony was fantastic, got me 0% interest and all applicable Rebates on a 2017 Ford Fusion that got me out of my 2015 Ford Focus that my family outgrew, plus lifetime oil changes! Worth the drive from Wheeling, will be back when it is time to trade my wife's '14 Escape.
Super friendly (and not snobby) staff from the service guy that took my keys after hours, to the cashier who didn't make me feel stupid when I walked off before signing the receipt, to the super nice lot attendant who brought my car to me. Thanks to all of you! �
Awesome sales department. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Just bought 3rd vehicle from them and will continue to do so! Would recommend anyone to go here looking for a new vehicle.
