Scott Carroll and the whole team were extremely helpful through my experience. Far better than other Ford garages in Pittsburgh. Drove an extra 30+ minutes because of their customer service.
Had the starter go out on a Saturday and Scott in service was able to quickly get it replaced . I really appreciated the service I received again !
Roger Hatten and Dave Sharpe were excellent people to deal with at Sturman & Larkin Ford. The stress and dislike, I have, of shopping for a vehicle was non-existent due to these guys making me so comfortable and going above and beyond. I can't thank you both enough!

It was a great experience dealing with Sturman -Larkin Ford
I have taken my 2014 Taurus to be checked for a fueling issue two times. One time they found nothing wrong but the issues continued. I took it back two weeks ago. They supposedly took the tank off, checked it out and said it filled up fine. Last night was the first fill up since they worked on it. The pump kicked off at 12 gallons and it dumped gas all over the ground at 13 gallons. It has a 19 gallon gas tank. I went in this morning to bring my complaint to the service manager.
