They lie agreed to the trade in amount ran the credit agreed to the price on the vehicle agreed to the monthly payment amount shook hands on the deal said the finance person was not there yet to sign the papers told me to just take the new SUV home and come back in the morning to sign the papers come back and they changed the whole deal wanted more money down and a higher payment told them WTF we shook hands they said so what told them to take the deal and shove it.
