Horrible buying experience. Stereotypical arrogant salesman Tim who instead of being honest about the price of the car stated on the website, he quoted the full sticker price because as he said"I deserve to earn a good profit". Really????you deserve to be honest with customers, not caring about your bottom line. He actually raised his voice and argued with me. Do your homework, because Tim will not make YOU a deal, he will make himself one! Sad....reason people hate shopping for cars.
I took my car there to get accident repair done, as recommended by my insurance company (based on location, not quality). The job was to install a new rear lift gate on my escape. I also had a number of other issues that needed fixed that were accident related. When I went to pick up my vehicle, it was filthy and covered with 6 inches of snow from sitting outside for days.
