Went in because my high beams stopped working then the flip switch on the column got really loose and it was difficult to flip my turn signals on. Made the appointment for a Monday at 3:30pm, rented a car because they told me they wouldn’t give me a loaner, dropped the truck off on Sunday and got a call on Monday around 10am that it was finished. professional, friendly, hard working, honest, timely. My drive belt shredded and my explorer was a paperweight in my driveway. My "usual" dealership wouldnt take me for 16 days, plus fix time. Sturman & Larkin took me the very next business day and gave me a total parts replacement job in less than 24 hours although they didn't have appointments available at the time. My miles were low and it was definitely an issue that shouldn't have happened and they recognized that. I will buy from them next time!
I have to admit, I didn’t make it easy for my salesman, Anthony! Due to previous identity theft, getting past the fraud alert on my credit report took days of uploading and faxing documents. And I needed the vehicle on a specific date to pick up my 89 year old mother at the airport. Anthony made it all happen. I was a mess but he remained unflustered. I LOVE my EcoSport! Purchased a new Ford Focus Ti in February 2014 and have had nothing but problems. The transmission on this vehicle is absolute garbage. I’m still under warranty and under 50,000 miles. I purchased a new vehicle in order to have something reliable. My vehicle has failed so many times in potentially deadly ways. Was looking for a truck at a particular mileage and price point which was not an easy task. My salesmen Tom Merikas was able to get me into a truck that far exceeded my expectations, with a very friendly and non pushy approach which I really appreciated. I didn't have a great credit score, mid 600s and I also had a repossession on my credit report, my salesman (Lew) and his supervisor (Ron) did everything in their power to get me a car I really enjoyed. they even tried to help with my insurance as well. I call Lew and I receive a call back within hours. The dealership has treated me kindly and we're very efficient with me and my needs for a car!
