RecommendedMy son found another Ford Mustang here after his previous Mustang was totaled by a deer. The service we received from the staff was excellent. Tom Merikas was the absolute best!!! He was so helpful and went above and beyond to provide us with answers to our questions. We drove over an hour to get there, but it was worth it! It was a very positive experience and we highly recommend them!!!
I think that the service department is not as caring about your problems as they should be and some of the charges for service although explained should not be charged referring to the need to drive the car before they can inspect it, I think 86.00 dollars is excessive, this was due to a battery disconnect they did to change the fuel pump in my Mustang and it erases all the data for the emissions inspection. When I asked about a Radiator Flush for the car I was told about 140.00 to due that is high when looking at other car ... read more
