The reason I would not recommend this dealership I as an employee have been owed money that I earned from a sale of a car it is six weeks and they keep putting me off I do not want to put in a claim for my money but they are giving me no choice. Going to see them again 3/5/2019 if I do not get my money then going to go straight to a magistrate. If this is how they treat an employee how can you trust them as a customer
This was our second vehicle we purchased from Lew Dowdy. He’s an awesome salesman!
Took our 2017 F150 in because of trouble with the door locks when it is cold out. Left the vehicle at Sturman & Larkin Ford in West Mifflin PA from 6 am until 4 pm on Friday. Got the vehicle back and not only are the door locks still messed up, they are now WORSE than when we brought the truck in. We were told that we have to bring the truck back 3 times in order for Ford to properly fix it. Also told that we have to wait another week to take it back in for the second time. Is this a joke?
