Sara and her team were wonderful when we had to downsize our mothers residence. Not only did she alert her team mates that we needed a lift chair, she found one!! Ron and his team were great and so kind to Mom when they picked up her furniture. They made a tough situation a little easier for us. Thank you!
This place is such a rip off compared to other consignment shops. Very poor customer service. Snooty and mean women with condescending attitudes! I made an appointment , they told me to come back in half an hour but they really want you to shop the store. I take my rejects home but in a few days they send an email mail with only four items on it. To hey don't know what they did with the rest. Still waiting to hear.
I took a few things there. Not once heard back from them. Dirty place, prices are to high. Iv been there two times and havnt been back.
Just donated for the first time. They said they didn't accept certain items because they were "too worn, out of season/outdated, didn't sell well, and faded." I look in the bag, and they were items that hadn't been worn before. Must be a ghost in my closet. And the pair of skinny jeans that were MADE faded, In addition while I was waiting I was walking the floor and saw one or two items identical to the items they couldn't accept, so that was odd.
