Very poor customer service. I used to take items to stuff as a way to recycle and make a buck or two. The people that work in the consignment area at the Coralville store are very unfriendly and very unhelpful. I shouldn't be so greedy, I should take my stuff to Goodwill. That will be the case in the future.

They won't take name brand things but take in rags. They claim to only take working things but i bought something i got home it was not only broke but they refused to refund my money so buyer beware on anything electronic.

While while the quality of items here are pretty good, the management is awful. Super rude, not only to me, but to the workers as well. I’ll happily pay full price for a sweatshirt to not have someone yell at me and a staff member because I accidentally brought 7 items into the dressing room when the limit was 6. I left with the worst taste in my mouth and I am definitely not going back

Took in clothing, barely used purse and boots. 2 totes full and they got rid of all but 3 items. Completely ripped off by them. Majority of clothing I took in looked better than what they have hanging in their racks.
I have been shopping here for along time. Ben, Steph, Molly, Chris, sam, Amanda..... all are wonderful. Great products! Fun to consign and shop with credit! Ive furnished most of my home with stuff from here!
