My mom and I were first time cosignors. We checked the website and the signs posted around the store and none of them said we needed an appointment on Saturday; the lady at the counter yelled at us telling us we needed to make an appointment. We proceeded on to fill the bins and the lady helping us had a major attitude the whole time, didn't get my email correctly, kept huffing and puffing because I was taking too long, and threw the papers to be signed on the counter and yelled "sign this."
