Just donated for the first time. They said they didn't accept certain items because they were "too worn, out of season/outdated, didn't sell well, and faded." I look in the bag, and they were items that hadn't been worn before. Must be a ghost in my closet. And the pair of skinny jeans that were MADE faded, In addition while I was waiting I was walking the floor and saw one or two items identical to the items they couldn't accept, so that was odd. I love being able to shop for my toddler here! There is usually a fantastic selection of clothing and I always get compliments on how well dressed she is. We also love the book section & have purchased a lot of amazing condition kids books. �

Funny how the store says they enjoy constructive criticism yet delete your comments and BLOCK YOU from their page if they disagree. That's ok, I've already filed a complaint with corporate so hopefully they will realize how downhill management has gone in the last few years. This store used to be amazing and I was a 3 times a week shopper. Not anymore! The store is so cluttered with JUNK and over priced that you're better off going to Goodwill where you are at least helping the community. A 1980s bed frame for over $200? Kid... read more

Terrible customer service. I picked up a couple pairs of jeans to try on and was told I wouldn't be able to try them on because they were about to close. There was 10 minutes til close. Fine, I'll take my $ somewhere else. Extremely rude employees.
