I used to love shopping here and feel like i shop here at least once a week ( either here or the one IC) . But unfortunately last week i bought the bar stools here and wanted to return them back after 2 days later since they don't fit well with my counter but u guys don't accept it. I can understand if it was more than a week or so after buying them but 2 days only? . I was shopping at the Cedar Rapids store today just before close and one of your staff (I would gladly tell you her name if her name badge didn't just say Stuff etc.) was rude and unprofessional. I asked how much an item was that was not marked. She looked at it and said "it's not marked and you can't buy it because it's 5 and we are closed, I will escort you to the front to leave!" I pulled out my cell phone to check the time, it said 4:56. I dropped the item and left my shopping cart in the aisle and left. I will never ret... read more
