Rude employee yelled at my son for looking at the toys when she could have address me when I was within several feet of him!! My son was very upset and could not understand why she was yelling at him ... he is 4!!
I love finding things that are used at a great price unfortunately this store is higher marked than Walmart, Target or any other shopping center not in the mall. I went there today hoping to find a good deal but nothing of quality for their asking price. When looking at their toys, they had used, dirty (literally needed cleaned) toys for $9.99 then I was looking for baby onsies and it was $6.99 for one and Target has 3 packs for $8.99 brand new. I take a lot of items here, and lately I feel like their service is really poor. I am not one to spend my time writing reviews but feel this one is needed. Today I asked about a tote of items that I left here earlier in the week because I never received a phone call that my items they wouldn't take were ready to be picked up. They found a majority of my items that were already in a bag ready to be donated to the Salvation Army. Enjoy this store immensely. So glad it is close by. Takes a little time to go through inventory, but can be worth it. Staff are hard working and courteous.
I have shopped at stuff a number of times, mostly just go in to "look around" with no intention of purchasing while my wife shops for her self. Never fails I always find something whether it is clothes or a random item for the man cave. Staff seemed very friendly to people who showed them equal respect. Store could be more organized but I understand it's tough to do when you have multiple families with little kids that want to pick everything up and move it around. I bought a children's movie last November for my son for Christmas. It was a 2 disc movie, gave it to him as an early present only to find out it was just the digital copy of the movie and not that actual dvd, missing the 2nd disc. Fine, shrugged it off and never mentioned it. Then Monday 9/5 I bought another children's movie and it was tapped shut so I figured it had been checked by the store and then sealed. Nope. Kelsey, Were you able to return the dvd when you brought it back? On electronics, including DVDs and CDs we offer a 24hr return so they could definitely return it for you here in the store. I apologize for the trouble you have had with your purchases. We try to look inside every movie and cd that comes into the store. Also, we would be more then happy to open any cd or dvd at the register for you before the final purchase. Haven't been there but from the reviews I doubt that I will.I like the Attic .yeah a little pricey but you get 10%off after 30 days then 25%after 60 days in the store.Everything is quality and Clean . no messes spotless..
