So disappointed. Almost every time I’ve come into this store, I’ve been treated so poorly by the staff. Today pushed me over the edge. I was essentially told to put my 5 month old infant on a dirty disgusting changing room floor. I will not be shopping at this store any longer.

As an appliance repairman I can tell you that 48 hours is not nearly long enough to determine whether or not a mini fridge or refrigerator is in proper functioning condition. Beware. Many factors go into whether or not a refrigerator will continue to cycle properly in any given environment especially a humid Iowa spring environment. I will gladly take this review down if Stuff etc. can agree to put a 7-Day guarantee on their refrigerators.
RecommendedI LOVE Stuff, Etc. and have found many great items here! One huge area of opportunity for Stuff, Etc. is additional cashiers when necessary! I have stood in line so long (which I am doing right now) that I had to weigh if the bargain was worth the wait!!! Such an awesome store with great bargains & one of a kind finds but check out can be frustrating!!!

I never get emails after consignment therefore I am not notified I need to pickup when ready and they have donated 4 totes of mine so far without emailing me a list of what they took. Usually they email you what items they take after gone through then you pick up items they didn’t take. I never received email of items or a call saying they got through tote.
